Appointment Policies
1. Booking Methods:
– Customers can book via the Fresha app, phone call, or WhatsApp.
2. Advance Notice:
– Minimum 2 hours notice required, subject to availability.
3. Session Duration:
– Standard sessions start at 60 minutes, extendable with additional services.
4. Availability:
– 7 days a week, 10 AM to 10 PM. Last booking at 9 PM.
Cancellation Policies
1. Timeframe:
– Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellations.
2. Cancellation Fee:
– No cancellation fee if before 24 hours. No refund within 24 hours.
3. Rescheduling:
– Reschedule up to 3 hours before. Unpaid bookings canceled automatically.
4. Refund Process:
– 100% refund if canceled before 24 hours. Processed within 2-3 working days.
5. No-show Policy:
– 100% down payment retained in case of a no-show.
Late Arrival Policies
1. Courtesy Time:
– Late clients may receive courtesy time, subject to availability.
2. Impact on Duration:
– If late, massage time may be shortened to accommodate next appointment.
Payment Policies
1. Accepted Methods:
– Payments via Fresha only. No cash, except for tips directly to therapists.
2. Payment Timing:
– Full payment in advance at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation for Unpaid Bookings:
– Unpaid bookings canceled if payment not received 24 hours before.
Special Circumstances:
Handling Emergencies:
– Special circumstances handled at our discretion.
Availability Disclaimer:
– All bookings subject to availability.
Single Men Bookings:
– Single men bookings are case by case and subject to our discretion.
Individual Session:
– Massage time cannot be shared due to hygiene and service quality.
Discount Code Usage:
– Only one discount code per service. Terms and conditions apply to each code.
